Same team, same day, same checklist — every visit. Comprehensive cleaning of all rooms with detailed task list (kitchen, bathrooms, dust, vacuum, mop, beds, surfaces). Most clients book bi-weekly; weekly available for high-traffic households.

Deep Cleans & Move-In/Move-Out
First-time deep cleans (typically 1.5x the price of a standard recurring clean), pre-move-in cleanings, and move-out cleanings for bond/deposit recovery. Includes inside oven, inside fridge, baseboards, blinds, and detail-cleaning that recurring services skip.

Specialized cleaning for homes after renovation or new construction — drywall dust removal, paint flecks, debris cleanup, and detail-cleaning of all surfaces touched by trades. Multi-pass approach with HEPA vacuums to handle fine dust.

Same Team Every Visit
Your assigned team becomes familiar with your home — what you care about, what you’ve flagged, what your kids and pets need to be safe. Substitutes only when your regular team is on vacation, and we always tell you in advance.
W-2 Cleaners, Not Day Labor
Every cleaner is a W-2 employee, background-checked, drug-tested, and trained. We don’t use 1099 contractors or app-dispatched gig workers. Stable team = consistent quality = the same person you trusted last week.
Green Seal-Certified Products
We use Green Seal and EcoLogo-certified plant-based products as standard, not as an upcharge. Safe for kids, pets, immune-compromised family members, and chemically-sensitive clients. We can use traditional products on request, but most don’t want to.
Bonded, Insured, and Backed
$2M general liability and full workers’ compensation across all team members. Damage policy in writing — if something gets broken, we replace it (we’ve replaced 3 dishes in 11,200 cleanings, and we paid for them). Trust is the entire job.

Standard recurring clean (2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1,400 sqft): $135–$165. 3-bedroom 2.5-bath, 2,200 sqft: $175–$215. 4-bedroom 3-bath, 3,200+ sqft: $235–$295. First-time deep clean is typically 1.5x recurring price. Move-in/move-out: $325–$675 depending on home size.
How long does each clean take?+
Standard recurring: 2–3 hours for a typical 2,200 sqft home with two cleaners. Deep cleans: 4–6 hours. We send the same number of cleaners as needed to fit in our standard time window — not solo cleaners stretched across 6 hours.
Do I need to be home?+
No. About 70% of our recurring clients give us a key or door code. We’re bonded and insured, and our cleaners are W-2 employees with background checks. Our retention rate on key-holding clients is over 95% — trust is the entire model.
What if I have pets or kids?+
Welcome. We use Green Seal-certified plant-based cleaners that are safe for pets and kids. We follow your specific instructions on letting dogs out, securing rooms, etc. Many of our clients have toddlers, elderly family members, or pets with respiratory sensitivities — that’s why we built the product line we did.
What's not included?+
Standard recurring cleanings don’t include: inside oven, inside refrigerator, inside cabinets, blinds, baseboards (full wipe-down), high-window cleaning, garages, or basements. Most of these are available as add-ons or in deep cleans. We tell you upfront what’s in your scope before booking.
