How much does a backyard renovation cost?+
Most projects we take on land between $35K and $150K depending on hardscape size, plant maturity, lighting scope, and whether irrigation is included. We do a free in-home design consult and give you a phased proposal — many clients build over two seasons.
What’s included in the five-year plant warranty?+
Any plant we install that doesn’t survive its first five seasons gets replaced free — material and labor. The exclusions are deer/animal damage and proven owner neglect (no water, etc.). It’s the strongest warranty you’ll find in the Upstate.
How long does a typical project take?+
Design takes 2–4 weeks. Permitting (if needed) another 2–3. Build-out for a 1,500-sq-ft patio with plantings runs 3–5 weeks once we break ground. Phased projects we sequence so you’re never living in a construction zone for more than a month at a time.
Do you handle drainage issues?+
Yes. Drainage is the #1 reason plant materials and hardscape fail in the Upstate. Every design package includes a grading and drainage assessment. French drains, dry creek beds, channel drains — whatever the site needs to move water away from the house.
