Our Services
What we do.

Service · 01
Mold Inspection & Air Quality Testing
Visual inspection by an IICRC-certified inspector plus laboratory air-quality sampling (indoor vs outdoor baseline, plus targeted source samples). Lab results in 3–5 business days. Detailed written report with remediation recommendations — even if we don’t need to do the remediation.

Service · 02
Mold Remediation & Containment
Negative-air containment with HEPA scrubbing, full IICRC S520 remediation protocols, antimicrobial treatment, and detailed documentation throughout. We seal off the work area so contaminated air never reaches the rest of the home.

Service · 03
Water-Damage Drying & Dehumidification
Commercial-grade air movers and refrigerant/desiccant dehumidifiers to dry structures fast — most projects to dry within 3–5 days. Daily moisture-meter readings logged in writing. Drying done right is the cheapest mold prevention there is.

Service · 04
Crawl Space & Attic Treatment
Crawl-space encapsulation with reinforced vapor barriers, dehumidifier installation, and gable-vent or soffit-baffle correction. Attic mold remediation, ridge-vent and bath-fan termination correction. Houston’s humidity is the long-term opponent — we engineer the fix to last.
The Difference
Why insurance carriers and realtors recommend us.
Third-Party Clearance Always
Every remediation gets a clearance test by an independent third-party industrial hygienist — not by us. The lab report is in the buyer’s, lender’s, or insurance carrier’s name. That’s the document that closes deals and resolves claims.
We Document Like Adults
Pre-remediation photos, work-in-progress photos, daily moisture logs, post-remediation photos, lab reports, all bound into a written project file you keep. The file passes any audit, any underwriter, any home-inspector challenge.
Insurance Direct Billing
We work directly with State Farm, Farmers, USAA, Allstate, Liberty Mutual, and most major Houston-market carriers. Adjuster meets us on-site, scope agreed in writing, billed direct. You don’t front the money and chase reimbursement.
Honest Findings
Sometimes the smell is musty old carpet, not mold. Sometimes the visible growth is harmless cosmetic surface mildew. We tell you what we find and what doesn’t need treatment. We’ve walked away from 800+ inspections at no charge to the homeowner.
Common Questions
You probably want to know.
How much does mold remediation cost?+
Small isolated jobs (single bathroom, small wall section): $1,400–$3,800. Mid-size (multiple rooms or significant water source): $3,800–$9,500. Large-scale (whole-home category-3 water events, finished basements, attic-wide jobs): $9,500–$28,000+. Inspection alone runs $350–$650 with full lab work.
How long does it take?+
Inspection: 60–90 minutes on-site, results in 3–5 business days. Small remediation: 2–3 days on-site. Mid-size: 4–7 days. Large/structural: 1–3 weeks. Drying alone (without remediation) is typically 3–5 days. Clearance testing adds another 3–5 business days at the end.
Do I have to leave my home?+
Most jobs are isolated to one area with sealed containment, so the rest of the home stays safe. For large-scale or whole-home jobs, or if anyone in the home has serious respiratory or immune-system issues, we recommend temporary relocation. We’ll tell you straight up at inspection.
Will it come back?+
Mold doesn’t come back if the moisture source is fixed and the remediation was done properly. Our work carries a 12-month re-treatment guarantee on remediated areas as long as the underlying water issue has been corrected. About 1% of our jobs see any recurrence — and those are almost always missed plumbing leaks.
What about insurance coverage?+
Homeowners policies typically cover mold remediation when caused by a sudden covered water event (burst pipe, appliance failure). Long-term moisture issues (condensation, slow leaks) are usually excluded. We help interpret your policy at inspection — and we’re honest about which side of the line your situation falls on.
Schedule the inspection. Sleep at night.
Detailed visual inspection plus optional air-quality sampling. Detailed written report with photos, lab results, and clear next steps. If remediation isn’t needed, we’ll tell you and you only pay for the inspection.
