We don’t install halogen, incandescent, or low-CRI LED. Every fixture is a high-CRI (90+) warm-white LED with proper color temperature for architectural lighting (2700–3000K). The light looks designed, not industrial.

Lifetime Fixture Warranty
Our fixture lines (FX Luminaire, Kichler Pro, Brilliance) carry lifetime fixture warranties — and we honor them. If a fixture fails 15 years from now, we replace it. The bulbs last 30,000+ hours. Most clients never see a service call after install.

Wiring Done Right
Direct-burial 12-gauge low-voltage cable, direct-burial 600V splices, transformers in finished metal cabinets — not the bare boxes most installers leave hanging on the side of the home. Cleanup matters when you’re paying for a designed result.

How much does a lighting install cost?+
Most residential lighting designs run $4,800–$18,000 depending on property size and number of fixtures. Estate properties commonly land at $25,000–$60,000 with mature-tree downlighting and full architectural treatment. We provide written per-fixture line-item pricing.
What about warranty and service?+
Fixture warranty is lifetime on Brilliance and FX Luminaire lines we use. LED bulbs carry 5-year warranty (typically last 12-15 years). Our workmanship warranty: lifetime on connections and burials, 5-year on transformers. Minor service calls (single-bulb replacement, fixture realignment) included for 2 years post-install.
Will it raise my electric bill?+
Negligibly. A typical 30-fixture LED system runs about $4–$8/month in electricity. The transformer pulls maybe 200 watts at peak. Less than your security floodlight already does at the back door.
Do you handle holiday lighting?+
We integrate color-changing LED systems (Brilliance Smart Halo) on architectural eaves and downlight zones for clients who want red/green for Christmas, blue/white for Hanukkah, orange for Halloween, etc. Programming included. Saves the annual hassle of putting up and taking down separate strings.
Will my HOA approve it?+
Most Middle Tennessee HOAs explicitly approve professional landscape lighting. We submit fixture specs, photometric drawings, and night-time renderings as part of HOA submission packets. We’ve installed in dozens of HOAs across Brentwood, Franklin, Belle Meade, and surrounding.
