How long does the treatment take to work?+
For roaches and ants you’ll see activity drop within 48–72 hours and bottom out around day 10–14. Termites and rodents work on different timelines (4–8 weeks for full elimination). We explain expected timeline on the first visit so you know what success looks like.
Are your products safe for pets and kids?+
Yes. We use EPA-registered, reduced-risk products applied per label. Bait stations are tamper-resistant (rated for kids and pets). Liquid treatments dry within 30 minutes — you’re free to use the area immediately. Mosquito treatments require 30 min dry time before you let pets back in the yard.
How much does quarterly pest control cost?+
Most Tampa-area homes (1,500–3,000 sq ft) run $89–$129 per quarterly visit, including general pest plus exterior perimeter. Add-ons (mosquito, termite, rodent) are quoted separately. No contract — pay quarter to quarter.
Can you treat for termites without tenting the house?+
Yes — for subterranean termites (the most common Florida species), we use Termidor liquid soil treatment or Sentricon bait stations. Tenting (fumigation) is only required for drywood termites in attic/wall populations, and we’ll tell you straight if that’s what you need.
