The Work
What we build.

— 01 · Pool
Pool Cages & Mansard Lanais
Bronze, white, and architectural aluminum frames in mansard-roof, gable-roof, and hip-roof styles. 20x20 noseeum-grade mesh standard (most companies install 18x14, which lets noseeums right through). Hurricane-rated anchor connections to deck and ledger.

— 02 · Screen
Screen Rooms & Patio Enclosures
Attached screen rooms, freestanding screened gazebos, and full patio enclosures with optional kickplates, ceiling fans, and dropdown vinyl panels. Coordinated with existing roof lines and pool-deck features so the addition reads as part of the home, not bolted onto it.

— 03 · Re-Screen
Re-Screen & Storm-Damage Repair
Full re-screen of existing cages — frame inspection, fastener replacement where needed, and fresh 20x20 mesh in panels or full-cage. Storm-damage repair coordinated directly with your insurance carrier including documentation that adjusters accept.

— 04 · Hurricane-Rated
Hurricane-Rated Frame Reinforcement
Upgrade existing cages with hurricane-rated anchor brackets, supplemental cross-bracing, and corrosion-resistant stainless-steel hardware. Engineered upgrade reports for insurance carriers seeking premium discounts on properly-reinforced cages.
We publish our install calendar in February and book through August. Post-storm, every cage company is overwhelmed for 6+ months. Our existing clients get protected before the cone forms — not on a waitlist behind 800 panicked homeowners.

What sets us apart
Why SW Florida homeowners book us before season.
01
Pre-Season Calendar
We publish our install calendar in February and book through August. Post-storm, every cage company is overwhelmed for 6+ months. Our existing clients get protected before the cone forms — not on a waitlist behind 800 panicked homeowners.
02
20x20 Mesh Standard
We install 20x20 noseeum-grade screen mesh as standard, not an upcharge. The smaller weave actually keeps the noseeums out — the regional bug that can fly through the standard 18x14 most installers use. Difference between sitting on the lanai and sitting indoors.
03
Hurricane-Rated Anchoring
Every install uses stainless-steel hurricane-rated anchor brackets connecting frame to deck and to the ledger. Engineered for Florida Building Code wind zone requirements. The boring fastening details are why our cages survived Ian.
Frequently asked.
How much does a new cage cost?+
Mid-size pool cage (40x20 ft footprint, mansard roof): $12,500–$22,000 fully installed including permit. Larger cages or premium upgrades (kickplates, gable roof, ceiling fans pre-wired): $22,000–$45,000. Re-screen of existing cage: $1,400–$4,200. Free written estimate after on-site visit.
How long until install?+
Permit timeline 4–6 weeks (longer in peak post-storm season). Once permitted, install is typically 5–8 working days. Full project from contract signing to swimming back in your cage usually 8–12 weeks. Post-storm year, expect 4–6 months due to backlog and material shortages.
Will my insurance cover storm damage?+
Most Florida homeowners’ policies cover screen-and-frame damage from named storms (hurricanes, tropical storms). Wear-and-tear deterioration is generally not covered. We help interpret your policy at consult and bill direct to the carrier when claims qualify.
What about the noseeum problem?+
Noseeums (no-see-ums, sand fleas) can fly through standard 18x14 fiberglass screen. Our standard 20x20 noseeum-grade mesh stops them. If you’ve been retreating with bug spray to use your existing lanai, a re-screen with proper mesh changes the experience completely.
Do you handle permits and inspections?+
Yes. Permits pulled in Lee, Collier, Charlotte, and Sarasota counties. Engineered drawings included for permit submission. Site inspections coordinated with our project lead on-site. Permit costs passed through at city/county fee.
