The Reality
If your water bothers you, you’re not imagining it.
These are the situations we help Boise customers solve every week.
- →Your dishwasher leaves spots on every glass and the chrome fixtures show calcium buildup
- →The chlorine taste is so strong you switched to bottled water 5 years ago
- →Your kids’ skin is dry and itchy and the family doctor mentioned hard water
- →You bought a water softener at Costco and it failed in 18 months
- →You don’t actually know what’s in your water and the city report is impossible to read
Our Services
What we install.

Service · 01
Whole-Home Water Softeners
Twin-tank ion-exchange softeners sized to your home’s actual flow rate and hardness level. Premium control valves (Clack, Fleck, Pentair) with metered regeneration so they only cycle when needed. Most homes drop hardness from 25+ grains to under 1 grain.

Service · 02
Reverse-Osmosis Drinking Systems
Under-sink RO systems with 4-stage or 5-stage filtration plus optional remineralization. Dedicated RO faucet, plumbed to refrigerator water and ice maker on request. Annual filter replacement service available with maintenance reminders.

Service · 03
Iron, Sulfur & Sediment Filtration
Iron filtration (ferrous, ferric, and bacteriological), sulfur removal (rotten-egg smell elimination), and sediment pre-filtration for well-water and high-iron municipal sources. Chemical-free oxidation systems available for clients who don’t want chlorine in the regen process.

Service · 04
Water Testing & Annual Service
Free in-home water tests for new clients (hardness, chlorine, TDS, pH, iron). Lab-grade water analysis available for $145 (covers 30+ contaminants including arsenic, lead, nitrates, bacteria). Annual service contracts include filter replacements and resin tank inspection.
The Difference
Why Treasure Valley homeowners choose us — and stay with us.
Lab-Tested Water Analysis First
We don’t guess what your water needs. We test first — hardness, iron, chlorine, pH, TDS — and design the system around what your water actually contains. Most over-the-shelf systems are oversized or undersized because no one tested first.
WQA-Certified Specialists
Our installers carry Water Quality Association (WQA) Certified Installer credentials — the industry standard for water-treatment design and install. We size resin volume, regeneration cycles, and pre-filtration based on actual hydraulic load, not generic recommendations.
Premium Control Valves Standard
Clack WS1 or Fleck 5810 valves on every softener install — not the bargain-brand valves big-box installers use. Premium valves last 25+ years and carry full manufacturer support. The valve is the heart of the system.
Honest Recommendations
Sometimes the answer is a $4,800 whole-home system. Sometimes it’s a $385 under-sink RO unit. Sometimes the answer is your water is actually fine and you don’t need anything. We tell you what we find and what makes sense — we walk away from sales that don’t make sense.
Common Questions
You probably want to know.
How much does a system cost?+
Whole-home softener: $2,200–$4,800 installed depending on resin volume and water hardness. Whole-home softener + iron filter: $3,800–$6,800. Under-sink RO: $385–$985. Whole-home softener + RO + iron + sediment: $4,800–$8,500. Free water test and written quote.
How long does install take?+
Most residential installs: 4–6 hours. We typically have systems running and water flowing back to the home by end of day. Complex installs with pre-filtration or extensive plumbing reroutes: 1–2 days. We coordinate around your schedule.
What about salt and water usage?+
Modern metered softeners use about 35–45 lb of salt per month and 50 gallons per regeneration cycle (typically every 5–10 days). Most clients see net WATER SAVINGS because soft water cleans more efficiently — less rinse water needed, longer appliance life. Salt cost: $25–$45/month.
Will it actually solve my hard-water problems?+
Yes — properly sized softeners drop hardness from 20+ grains to less than 1 grain consistently. You’ll see the difference in dish spots, soap usage, hair feel, skin moisture, water-fixture scale, and appliance lifespan within 30-45 days.
What about my well water?+
We work on city and well water. Well water typically needs more pre-filtration (iron, sediment, sometimes pH adjustment, sometimes UV disinfection for bacteria) before softening. We test and design the full treatment train, not just drop a softener on a bad supply.
Stop drinking water that bothers you.
Free in-home water test for new clients — hardness, chlorine, TDS, pH, iron in 15 minutes. Comprehensive lab-grade analysis available for $145. Honest written recommendations, no high-pressure sales.
