Real Coastal & Destination Knowledge
We've planned 240+ weddings across Newport, Cape Cod, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, and the broader New England coast. We know which venues handle wind and which don't, which caterers actually deliver at coastal-event pace, and which photographers shoot the New England light well. Local knowledge that takes years to build.
Limited Bookings
We take ~22 weddings per year. That cap is intentional — full-service planning takes 200+ hours of senior-planner time per wedding, and overload destroys the editorial-grade execution we built the practice on. Saturday spring and fall dates fill 14–18 months ahead.

How much does it cost?+
Full-service planning starts at $18,000 (smaller weddings, simpler design) and runs $28,000–$58,000 for editorial-grade full-service across larger weddings or multi-day destination events. Month-of coordination: $4,800–$8,800. Design and floral direction (with another planner handling logistics): $8,800–$22,500.
How far in advance should we book?+
Saturday spring and fall dates fill 14–18 months ahead. Off-season (winter, weekday, Sunday) bookings often available 6–10 months out. Last-minute (under 3 months) booking limited but possible for month-of coordination only — we don't take full-service planning under 6 months because we can't deliver the editorial standard in that window.
Do you travel for destination weddings?+
Yes — about 35% of our weddings are destination, primarily New England coast (Cape Cod, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, Newport itself), with select international destinations on a project basis. Travel billed at cost (flights, lodging, ground) plus a per-day-traveling fee. We typically arrive 2 days before for site walkthrough.
Will we work with you directly?+
Yes — full-service couples work directly with the principal planner from initial design conversation through wedding day. Larger weddings include a senior associate as second-lead. We don't pass clients down to junior team members. The principal you hire is the principal at your wedding.
What if our wedding isn't 'fancy' enough for your aesthetic?+
Most of the weddings we plan are not Vogue-published. Editorial publication is the design bar; the actual aesthetic ranges widely — minimal coastal, classic Newport, garden-party, modern editorial, even backyard intimate. The standard isn't fanciness — it's intentionality and design coherence. If your wedding has those, we'd love to work on it.
